Cold outreach makes people nervous. It shouldn't. Here's how we think about the things you're probably wondering.
Is this spam?

No. Each draft is grounded in your resume and the specific person's role — and you review every send. This is the same outreach a recruiter would write on your behalf, except you're the one sending it. One person at a time, with a real reason to reach out.

Is direct outreach to hiring managers weird?

It's how senior hires actually happen. Hiring managers expect it — they're often the ones who pushed to open the role in the first place. The genuinely weird path is hoping a portal application surfaces past the ATS filter.

What happens to my resume?

It's used to generate your run. Not sold, not shared, not used to train anything. You can delete it after. Emails are sent from your own address — Nexus drafts, you send.

How accurate are the email addresses?

We pull from verified sources and surface confidence flags on each one. Deliverability is high enough that we're comfortable charging per run instead of per email. If something bounces, we'll re-source it.

What if I'm not in the US?

Geography is configurable — country and US-state level. Run it for whichever market you can actually work in. The product doesn't assume the US.

How is this different from LinkedIn outreach?

LinkedIn shows you who exists. It doesn't tell you who's worth contacting, why, or how to reach them at their work address. And it doesn't draft the email. Nexus is the analyst; LinkedIn is the directory.
